Working closely with OEA’s partners in all areas of the Globe wherever our clients require SAFE and QUALITY ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations (especially for Liquefied Gas transfers and bunkering) for all their cargoes and in all sizes; and eventually becoming a full Marine Services company, focusing on STS, Projects, Storage, etc.
